Is this good Mesa Boogie MrkIII Tone

I really liked the tone, but you need an intonation check.

Wolfgang frets are shot, needs a fret job, ASAP--lol, Stainless steel frets on a Wolfgang???

It sounds cool by itself, but it would absolutely disappear in a mix.
Too much gain and bass and not enough mids to really sit well when there are other instruments doing their job.

Now that I am listening again, it sounds very fat and grindy. If you had told me this was a 5150, I wouldn't think twice.

Yeah i had that problem live, i would always bump the mids up, I need to back off the gain!!!

Sounds great man  I'm going to be picking up another one of these soon and it will more than likely be with me for the long haul

Well, obviously you guys missed the disclaimer that says "More than likely" . Wording things like that helps me justify it to myself when I whore it out later on :scared:

Is this good Mesa Boogie MarkIII tone. Miked up my 5150 can and 2x12 cab with 75 watt Celestions in it!! no effects except the reverb on the MarkIII

Yup sounds like the MKIII settings I use-- perhaps a bit more gain than I set it for.

Basically the same sort of tone, just w/ a w/d/w rig with some goo: TV volumes

MKIII Coliseum Simul-Class w/ 4 6L6's and 2 EL34's. Mesa Simul395 powering the wet, w/ 3 Marshall 4x12 cabs w/ Celestion G12-H30's

Pretty good...the beginning I thought sounded pretty mk-ish. As the clip went on, I started to hear the 5150 qualities in there. As already said would be pretty bassy in a band mix.
