Yeah it looks a little wobbly and not completely flat, but when screwing it into a cab, it would fit snug. That doesn’t look off enough to create a gap or worry about it. My 2 cents.

Is it missing a piece of the gasket on the front?
Stratjacket's most likely right that screwing it in a cab would straighten it up enough. I'd keep an eye on it, just to be sure, though. Might want to check to make sure the spider is still firmly attached all the way around, too, just in case whatever caused the frame to become wobbly didn't effect anything internally, too.
