New Speakers Day!!

I've got quads of EVM12L Black Label speakers and loaded in my ENGL XXL cab. This speakers are no joke! Damn brutal. I can't go back to other speakers. Maybe best 3 gear purchase in my life. Now I need EVM12L classic lol

Yes. I think of the EVM12L Classic as the base line speaker and what most people think of when they think EVM12L. The Black Label has "enhanced magnet design and venting" which gives it a bit more lows and mids. In person they sound similar but the BL recorded sounded darker. I think a lot of people would love the Black Label if they gave it a chance.

You are right!! After I hit the power chord, I thought EVM=Luciano Pavarotti, v30's = Cyndi Lauper lol.

Larry and EVM's are match made in heaven. It's like firebreathing dragon spreading thunder!!

The H75 creamback is impressive with the tones I like. If you ever get a chance try 'em.

Due to how efficient they are. I'm sure you are correct.

I was going this route. But, I prefer not to mix speakers now. And now I know I am not a V30 hater. But, not a lover neither. I am happy with all EVM's

V30's made my ears bleeding. Too spiky compared to EVM's. Fair enough. We hear same things differently.
