Just because you hate homosexuality.

Homophobe works for that too. It's not a dog whistle at all.

Just because you hate homosexuality doesn't mean you're afraid of it. The word homophobe is just another form of dog whistling.
Dude we've been down this road numerous times. It's common nomenclature. Just deal with it it's easier than making up some new word.

Wrong... phobia means fear. Homo refers to homosexuality ergo fear of homosexuality. Just another example of woke culture buggering (pun intended) up the language. Why don't they equate beautiful rainbows with something stinking like sodomy while they are at it. Or maybe a nice innocent word like gay which used to mean happy, cheerful and bright coloured.

Not this time.
Do a little research, there's a number of phobias that are not literally about being afraid of a thing.

Just cause you don't agree with it doesn't make it woke. That's dumb.
From your own wikipedia article

However, when taken literally, homophobia may be a problematic term. Professor David A. F. Haaga says that contemporary usage includes "a wide range of negative emotions, attitudes and behaviours toward homosexual people," which are characteristics that are not consistent with accepted definitions of phobias, that of "an intense, illogical, or abnormal fear of a specified thing." Five key differences are listed as distinguishing homophobia, as often used, from a true phobia.[25]

So... 1. Problematic. 2. Not a true phobia at all.

Therefore a stupid corrupted woke word.

Next...

What makes it woke is that the people who disagree with homosexuality would never have coined that word because they aren't generally afraid of it.

Dude, I just said that homophobia is one of the phobias not considered a 'literal' phobia

BECAUSE IT DOESN'T MEAN FEAR OF LBGTQ - IT MEANS DISDAIN FOR LBGTQ

If I tell you I think you're homophobic EVERY SINGLE PERSON HERE WILL KNOW WHAT I MEAN.

Just because people know what a woke word means doesn't make it legitimate. That particular word is used as a dog whistle by the homosexual lobby. To not argue against it is to legitimise it. Therefore I will always argue against it when I encounter it.

People know what all the insult words against homosexuals are too. Maybe I should use them. I mean since everyone knows what they mean then it doesn't matter according to your logic.
