It doesn't even have to be called Butteslax, but a Pink Taco style amp based more on the channel 2/3 of the Butterslax, with the S switch or maybe a full clean channel like the Runt 20.

An "Angry Pink Taco" or something for the more high gain crowd.

Add the sat switch, and a couple other tweeks(68k/100k divider, add 1M across the gain pot, maybe bypass that sag resistor) to the PT, and you should be able to get close to the Slax chan 2. Channel 3 would require another 12ax7.
