Yes, the aluminum and copper versions are on reverb >$5,000.

I actually messaged the guy and pointed him to the Reverb ad and asked him what I was missing. He pretty much said his was hand polished and the Reverb guitars had rough finishes and possibly were fakes. This guy says his is the only one in brass and according to the Reverb seller there was a total of 10 Alloy guitars made in that run {aluminum, copper, brass}. Only thing I couldnt find is actual numbers on how many of each.
 
Anyone else annoyed that he calls it the Gibson Custom Historic Shop and not Custom Shop Historic? For 1/2 mill he could at least word it right. Maybe the Custom Historic Shop is something higher up that us mortals have never heard of??
 
So, the reverb versions look just as legit as the ebay version with the exception of the polished look. And the reverb LPs have been listed for over a year and haven't moved at 5500.

Man, I don't know why someone doesn't buy the reverb LP and pay a guy 100K to polish it for him. Totally worth it, and he'd be saving 300K.
