I almost want to send eBay a flag/report on that auction but I'm not that guy. I hope someone else does though...

4 packs in 16 hours (average awake time) is only 5 an hour. 80 smokes a day. He was a chain smoker.
80 x 365 x 40 years (age 15-55) = 1,168,000 million cigarettes.

Think of how many thousands of picks he tossed out at shows over the years. They're really not that rare. Anything that numbers in the thousands, and thousands of them are totally legit, many with pretty decent provenance, is simply not that expensive. I don't recall seeing him toss any steel picks out at shows on the VHIII tour, which I think is when he was sometimes using them, and I had 7th row for two of those shows. It'd simply be impossible to prove this pick is real or rare.

People switch from smoking to vaping because they think it’s healthier, not realizing that they are getting higher amounts of nicotine nicotine causes hardening of the arteries. Heart disease kills far more than the cancers.
