I love a well played maple fretboard that's dirty and looks worn. Nice guitar.

I really enjoy that this wasn't one of those new crappy Indo-JEMs. I passed on an original JEM BFP in similar condition for about $1900 a couple months ago.. Wish I hadn't, I don't think any of them are in "good" condition anymore

Love Jems, it looks stellar and i bet it plays as it looks.

You can get ones that are in relatively good condition for like $2000ish! And yeah, I'm an Ibanez dealer and we still tell our clients not to buy the indo Jems because they are really overpriced. For the same money you can get a Japanese Prestige which will smoke one any day of the week.

That's good advice. I know some hate it, but I really do like the look of the Jem Woody though

This guitar has aged nicely. I love how the body looks slightly green, almost.

Yeah I love the faded look! It's kinda teal/green IRL!

I'm right there with you on the Indo Ibanezes. I hate to be the "elitist" type, but it doesn't make sense to me to pay $1600 for an Indo made guitar when new or used MIJ are around the same price. Heck, weren't those insane Purple WGRG's ya'll did about $1600-1700? Why look at Indo's when you've got insane MIJ's (with the history of craftsmanship to back it) available?
