He was hired to be Pat's band leader, so he was doing all the work behind the scene...picking musicians and the songs from a lot of different song writers. He chose the tunes that made that first album crush. And Pat has admitted that he pushed her a lot at the beginning to the point that they were in each other's faces often. Pat thought she was the boss, but Neil was the real leader. Yeah...I'm the geek that reads any book from an artist I like.
