I'd find it hard to believe they'd undercut their flagship amp.

Its not even in the same ball park as a SLO. It sounds really good in that clip but I played one here locally and it just sounded like it had potential if it had the right boost in front of it or like you said it could be a great amp to mod. For the money it sounds great. Hard to find a new 100W head for $799.

One of the Jet City guys posts on HCAF and open that the JC is not an slo. Not only does it have some different values inside, but the trannys are way different. Still, for the money it's a neat product.

Well Rob at Tone Merchant's told me someone had Friedman put a Brown Eye mod on one and it supposedly sounds incredible.

I gave one of these a test run 2 months or so ago at a GC, and didn't like the loop at all.

That means you have tried the JCA100H? Is it very different to the 20H? Any youtube review/comparison in sight? (Your JCA20H review just ruled).

OT: What pickups do you have in your Edwards LP? Any mods?
