cool, i think i want one

with the saturation switch on, how many gain stages the amp have?
 
I got one from Dave about a year ago and it's killer. I haven't had the pleasure of playing a real BrownEye being that I am in Australia but my JC20 makes people go whoah- what the fuck is that thing! (I took the Jet City badge off). I can play a whole gig with my cover band with nothing but guitar-cable-head-speaker and go dirty to clean by rolling off the volume knob on the guitar. It doesn't take pedals in front too well though, I've tried adding overdrives and eq pedals in front for boost but they just get sucked right up, not really an issue with tone that good. Mine has the saturation switch but I mainly use it without.
 
Been using mine for the last year as well. I have the Sat switch, loop and mod. It is hands down the coolest little amp I've played through in a long long time.

I use the Saturation switch almost all the time and just adjust the gain depending on what we are doing. It slays.

As someone said, people are floored at the tone they get. And it is LOUD!
 
Doug over at Jet City sent Dave my JCA20 to be modded (Brown Eye, Sat & loop). Can't wait to get the amp... Saving my pennies for a real Brown Eye amp. Killer tone! Congrats Dave!
