I finished the mods today, I'm currently uploading a clip of it:
added depth, loop and a second channel. Its a fine machine to tweak it a bit (cool stock as well of course)

Your clip of the stock amp sounds really good. Jet City should post this clip on their sight if they want to sell some product. You sir, know how to make a clip. Did you adjust the bias or anything for the clip or is that just straight out of the box?
Your clip of the modded amp sounds great! How much work d (hours?) was involved in all that?

The first clip is out of the box - I checked the bias after it, which was in a reasonable area.

In total it took me 4-5 hours to mod it, I yet have to install this and that to make it footswitchable.

I just watched the clip posted and I thought is sounded great... Then I was reading some of the posts taking how bad it was and thought I was nuts... since I liked the clip. Now I realize that there is a different clip posted.

I was reading the comments and thinking man there are some dick comments from people that do not normally do that

On the other hand, people here seem to be completely bored from my DIY stuff & clips, so . . .


Anyway - I think the JCA20H is a nice little motherfucker, well built, esp. for 299$ and guys like Jerry P. will be able to mod them for you guys (if needed). A very nice cruncher.
