Hi guys.

This is a Jetcity custom 22h demo... I wanted to do something metal as I tend to usually do but the clean channel boosted took me elsewhere...

I think this is one of the best "classic rock" sound I ever got...
The gain is at 1 1/2 on the clean channel, I boosted it with a bad monkey.

The master is at 7. Bass/mid/treble at 12 o'clock. I forgot to change them :D

No mics, just IR. Ownhammer MESA and EVH

The bass is the same amp/settings with the 3sigma bass cab IR

There is definitively an ACDC influence there.

edit : timing was off, new file

Hard to tell on the off time classic rock one?

Dig the second one firsure!

I've owned two of these. It had EVH amounts of gain, and I couldn't tame it, (assuming we're talking the Martin Kidd model). They do sound nice, but over the top gain.

Clips sound good, though!

I don't know what's up with mine, but the gain level aren't that outrageous... In fact, I have to boost the overdrive channel to have the sustain I want.. I sometimes wonder if it's the preamp tube combination that I choose that ended up lowering the gain (it's a good thing!) .. I have 3 JJ 12ax7 and 2 stock chinese (loop and pi)

Another thing, when the master is dimed, the pi, output tubes and ot saturation produce so much additional gain that the preamp gain is almost futile

Martin Kidd is custom 22 I believe..I had one and their nice and gainy amps..I sold it like an idiot.

I had the first one made by soldano by didn't liked it.. I always struggled with the high end, always too bright and the fxloop was weird, it overdrived my pedals and ended up breaking my (cheap) mfx

The new one is better, way darker and the loop is "normal"... I like it very much.. It's a very british sound

Will get a Jet City to be modded, for their price they seem to be outstanding amps. Especially the 20 watters.
