When do I start checking for delivery status.?

Do I sleep in my den with binoculars and a FedEx scanner?

When do I start checking weather reports.?

What do I do about the infamous "delivery Exception"

What if it's damaged. Do I take a vid of the delivery guy?

My experience with FedEx is that that are normally pretty good, but when there is an issue it’s damn near impossible to get any information about it.
I would check the tracking every morning when you wake up, updates seem to happen around 5am or so. I have a guitar coming that was originally scheduled for Friday but I woke up this morning and it was changed to Wednesday.
we have some weather coming through this week but I don’t think it is enough to hold up any deliveries, people can actually drive up here in the northeast.
Our FedEx guy leaves packages on the couch in our breezeway so I have yet to have to record him.
I’ve found the best course of action to start a thread about it and try and make people guess what it is

Sold off a bunch of shit to soften the hit.

Scary spending that many pesos based just on reputation, reviews and clips.

Have no idea what I'm in for.

Wanted a quality hand wired amp.
Had it narrowed down to fat jimmy, Dr Z and Victoria.

Had it narrowed down to fat jimmy, Dr Z and Victoria.

Carr amps seem to be killer. I had a hammerhead mkii for a while and absolutely loved it. Sold it towards an engagement ring :-(

I dig his wiring style too. It’s like goopy spaghetti but he gets it done and it’s solid.

SCORE on that count. At the time I was volume challenged and the built in power reduction
is what sold me on the Mercury along with a glowing (Guitar Player?) review.
1. Stunning looking amp. Like the most awesome piece of retro gear ever.
2. Didn't like relying on the amp for higher gain so fortunately it took pedals like a champ.
3. The edge of breakup tones of just the amp were killer and made you want to play for hours.
4. Build quality on par with anything I've ever owned and peaked under the hood of.

Had it in a corner of the living room and even non-players would ask about it.
This was the color I had.
