Jim Root Strat

I played one today.. the black one. Used, it was $899, i believe. Not a bad axe. I didn't get to plug it in, but it played nicely.

i'd rather have the white one, but the black one was cool.

I would love one of those strats. If I was to build my ideal strat it would be similar to that model.

Looks like a cool guitar. I'm not a fan of large headstocks on fenders though. I actually played the Billy Corgan strat recently and i was impressed.

i totally agree man. i love everything about the root strat except the headstock. that headstock on it is the reason i havent bought one yet. otherwise i would say it is the perfect strat for me
