JMP Capacitor placement

Hello everyone!

Please explain to me, why this "second" capacitor is installed so far away??
Wouldn't it be better to place it next to the "first" cap?

It wont make a functional difference and the chassis hole was already there from the JTM series = one less manufacturing step.

I thought the same way... But maybe there's something else?
For example, a shorter grounding wire to a "main caps star" (in terms of Marshall) - and is this more important than a long anode voltage line?
