One of my favorite rock bands of all time.

I think I'll pass on watching them live ever again after watching that AI debacle.:aww:

Thanks for the heads up though.

Rocks still holds up

Brad's solo on Nobody's Fault and Joe's rhythmic sensibilities on Lick And a Promise are one of the reasons I decided to pick up a guitar. It's a toss up between Rocks and Get Your Wings for me though

There is so much crap out there. I consider the older, better Aerosmith tunes to be "the real stuff".

I'm young (21) but my first Aerosmith experience was going up Rt. 1 North (outside of Boston) in a 92' Mustang hearing Kings and Queens cranked through the speakers. My uncle was a drummer and I spent most of my time with him so naturally the first thing I wanted to do was be one and Joey Kramer was untouchable in my young mind. Even at three, I was in love with the sound and when my girlfriend and I met Joey (cool, but spaced out) a couple of years back I got to Q&A him on some of his sounds. Most noted were Kings and Queens, Sight For Sore Eyes and Movin' Out.

Even saw the JPP group with David Hull on bass back in 09' (original project lineup) and it was the closest I've ever gotten to real Aerosmith. Here's a clip:

Loved the video. Thanks for sharing

Show was amazing. Opened with LTMDTT (Let the music...) then everything from Bright Light Fright and Walking the Dog to Get the Lead Out and Tom Hamilton coming out for Toys in the Attic!

I hear a backup vocal... but see no one singing backup...

theyve had a touring keyboard/backup dude for a LOOOONG time. Maybe it was backing tracks, but it could have also been that guy.

There is a keyboard player behind the 3 Monkeys on Brad's side. Hard to see, but he is there.

WTF is it with Joe and this harmonizer/ring modulator solo tone? He used that on the last song they released also. New toy? Somebody ought to step on that really, really, hard. Other than that, cool guitar tones.

Yes, good tune but this kills it

Saw it last night ..... I thought it was cool to see the guys from Boston can still rock.

I like Tom Hamilton's bass lines during the end of the guitar solo. Sounds alot like his bass lines on "Toys in the Attic".

Cool to see them still putting out. Joe about lost it on the end solo though.

My thoughts exactly...could he hear himself?

I'd agree, he kinda got lost in there, those guys have played sooo long, usually so polished, really dint expect that, dont know the studio cut tho, was that SUPPOSED to be in there?

Anyway, good to see old guys still out tearin it up. Gives me hope...
