Not me; CME did.
It's got to be a collector though - who else would have installed lace sensors in all those guitars?Otherwise why in the world would any "collector" would want 400 guitars like that when the same money could have bought a roomful of holy grail lifetime heirloom level guitars?

Some people just collect hundreds of the same thing - Star Trek commemorative plates, salt & pepper shakers, whatever. They have no intention of putting salt in them or roast beef on them. It's probably a form of socially semi-acceptable low grade mental illness, like owning more than 2 cats.
I was thinking of some people I went to church with as a kid actuallyFair point, yeah that does seem to suggest it's some individual collector, huh. What an odd collection.
Also, glad to see another Salt & Pepper Shaker Museum enthusiast in the house. Man that place was strange.
I was thinking of some people I went to church with as a kid actuallyThat looks pretty awesome though...
I watched the rest of the video. What a weird collection. Nothing spectacular, just a bunch of regular ass $800 - $1,400 Fenders and Gibsons with a few hitting maybe just above the $2k mark, with a few oddball unique finishes and features every now and then or whatever. Most of them showed no signs of having been played.
I'm guessing CME found some used guitar warehouse that went out of business or something and bought their entire inventory, that's about all I can think of that makes sense.
