i had owned several ubers, and iam playing with herberts  , but yesterday bought an old uberschall, wit this serial code:
-+^, i think is 042. very early version, but has a red 220v stick in the rear...sound great, best uber i´ve got.

any people at bogner can tell me if the amp is usa market or eu market? i am not sure if the output transf. was changed...

Wow, I owned #42 for a while. It was also the best Uber I've had, and I've had 3 or 4 - all different versions. I wonder how it ended up in Spain?

I bought another very early one years ago thinking it would be similar, but it wasn't. I'm guessing a lot of the early run were some of Reinholds' science experiments.

yes...its the 042, charlie at bogner comfirmed that. the seller doesnt know who changed the output transformer, but the amp is working perfectly, and sounding awesome. i had 4 ubers(several versions) but this is freakin good.

rufus, do you sell it in ebay? its very strange that this amp comes to spain  , anyway its in good hands

best
