Just to confirm - MXR Carbon Copy Delay pedal and BE 100

Does this pedal agree with the BE 100's effects loop? I think I read somewhere here on Rig Talk about people having problems with putting the Carbon Copy in the BE 100's loop. I think even Dave recommended a different delay pedal (Hardwire if I'm not mistaken). If anyone here can confirm this, it will be greatly appreciated. I'm about to purchase a delay pedal to use with my BE 100 and want to make sure I get a pedal that will not have any issues with my amp.
 
Yes. Hardwire. I have a Hardwire Delay, Carbon Copy, and a Boss DD-3. The hardwire and the boss work great, I think the MXR delay just ain't up to snuff, BE or no BE.
 
Carbon copy is very dark in any loop. Sounds great in front though.
 
I use a red witch Titan with mine. Works great. It has a series and parallel mode.
 
Regular digital delay or modulated. 3 repeats,delay somewhere around 450ms or so. But really it's all to taste.
 
the modulated is my favourite on the Hardwire in the Pink Taco, sits really nicely.

Any other delay recommendations?
I'm looking to get a BE-100 as soon as I sell off a few things.
I've been real happy with the Carbon Copy with my Splawns, but it sounds like it won't make nice with the Brown Eye.

I see the Hardwire recommended. I've never owned any Digitech effects. Any model in particular?

Any other success stories or recommendations to consider?

I've got a Mad Professor Deep Blue that I like in the loop... works great with distortion too.
