Hello gents and ladies
JVM410c guy here
In the middle of rehearsal
Jeff Beck Strat direct in
Delay through the loop
Crunch channel
Amp never lost power just lost all sound
No smoke, no mirrors, no crackle, hiss, no funny smells (just my bass player)
All 4 power tubes stayed lit
All preamp tubes stayed lit
ZERO SOUND
yes it’s still under warranty but I don’t wanna pack this rhino up and ship
Whaddya think?

Did you tried it without any pedals?
Front or loop...

Yes
Unplugged the delay from the loop
Just went straight in
Unplugged the external cab I use with it too
I’d add a pic but it says the file is too big

You could try plugging into FX return to see if sound

do you have the manual? there is a button combination to reset the midi (if you have left it at default) I had this happen to my 210H once and I reset the midi and it worked fine again, worth a try

I’ll try that now
Thank you!!

also check your fuses, I had a similar problem with my splawn and it was the slow blow fuse (after I red plated a power tube)

I just went through all the factory resets
Tried all of the above excellent suggestions
Thx guys
Still silent ad a church mouse

Even though your pre tubes light up, one could still be bad. Try swapping one known good pre tube in each pre tube slot; you may have a bad one that needs replacing.

Yes. I’d the mains is good and the HT fuse goes, the heater will still light up

I have a 410H a similar thing happen tubes light up but no sound. Sent it in since it was under warranty, apparently a wire inside the chasis was grounding things out and they replaced a resister..everything works fine now. Just an FYI //Cheers
