I have family in Fountain Hill, Gilbert, Tempe, Oak Creek, Scottsdale and Mesa .
The standard of living is sinking in that state .
I've been going there since the mid 1970's, the state is going down and depending on more Federal Money and cutting services to its Citizens.... like all Red States .

Lived there one summer (April1st to July 31st)
Walked into our apartment on day 1 and turned the AC on.
Didn't turn it off until the day we moved out.
One night was out on the patio around 1am and it was still 113 degrees.
But it's a dry heat.

It was 10X better than Indian Summers back in New England - which is all about insane humidity.
Cabinets sticking and shit.
I've been in Cabo in Aug & Sept and it was MURDER....................... Also, in Hong Kong and Singapore and it was murder there too.
How people can live in it, if they don't have to, is beyond me.
Dry heat is okay but I like experiencing the 4 seasons regularly.
