Great looking work man..im working on my own currently, by breakout panel, do you mean like a junction box? I have one that came with my used pedal board. I was planning on trying to use it as well.

Junction box works just like a breakout panel. Mine are just cheap Chinese brackets that I mount jacks to. Let me know how that turns out.
