Yes it can even with the midcut feature. It captures that sonic boom only the herbert can deliver...

Sounds real and authentic to me as well.. profiling appears to be the real deal. That should kill the modelers eventually though I am surprised a lot more bands use the Axe stuff live. I guess the power amp makes the diff.

As for the amp factory, I find all the clips sound similar..... all really good mind you, but similar. A few stand out like the superlead and JTM45 but really makes me wonder if I would want all those amps if all I ever do is dial them in all roughly the same way! Brown eye - 1987x - AFD.. I could use either of them really. (classic 50 sounded pretty damn good too!)

So this kemper does all the effects as well? Definitely a game changer. The only reason to have all the original amps would be because you can really..

The Rack mount version is going to be awesome as well. I am telling you your gonna want both if your a touring musician or a local guy. The version thats out now is perfect for home recording and the rack unit would be nice for the rack. Have both profile at home not having to connect or disconnect cables, use a thumbdrive to transfer files on your touring rig. Expensive having both units yes, worth it yes!

The Axe fx can do a lot of things, but I agree with ya , I have yet to hear that sound
