it's just so friggin ugly!

maybe if they could dress it up with some wood to restore the organic aesthetic---

howabout flame maple chassis with a wicker or wood panel you could pull up over most of the faceplace controls, only exposing controls that are critical for live use-amp tone controls, effects knobs...everything else like buttons and profiling controls are masked with a flip panel

No offense to you or Mr Savage but I dont like to feel like I need to carry a can of Pledge with my gear but seriously I don't like those finished wood grain cabs on cabs a heads. That loo
ks like it was made from a chair my grandmother had at her dining room table. To each his own but I like the art deco style of the Kemper...... beauty in the eye of the beholder and all. Personally though if I thought that amp sounded great Id have no problem playing that ugly thing.
:D

Mr. kemper comes from the keyboard/synthesizer world, and I believe in his world as well Germany, these table top like items are "the in thing" over there.

This thing is just amazing! Every time I turn it on and start playing, instant gratification.
Best purchase I have made ever! It's been super reliable in the studio and live thus far.

Don't need a rackmount and after having them for years, don't want one, either!!!

:)

wow i didn't know this thing didn't have powered speaker outputs....i always assumed it was a head.

forget the wood headshell comment :D

The reason I am waiting for the rack is beyond aesthetics. I would really love to put it in a rack bag next to my Axe Fx and run it in the Axe's loop. Would be nice to have it all wired up and just plug in and go at gigs.

Hopefully by rack time they have all the little niggles worked out as well.

Don't cross the beams, dude.

Ha ! Don't cross the beams.....
