Playing with my friends Kemper, he has profiled his 100w marshall with Golub crunch mod....sounds real deal to me !!!!

Also Strymon Blue Sky is in Kemper´s loop, delay and ambience is from Kemper.

Cab is Uwe´s Orange profile, SM57 / 414

Tyler Classic maple neck with Suhr SSV and Tyler Stingray singlecoils, in the middle of the track I hit the Little Brute Drive pedal in front of the Kemper.

Fender 59 relic with one piece maple neck, SD Antuquity II Surfer´s

Fender 66 relic with roundlam rosewood neck, SD Antiquity II Surfer´s

Best digital Marshally tones I've heard yet. Those tones are the real test.

Did you invite him over to profile through your setup? You can mic a cab and I'd love to hear how close it gets.

I need to stop listening to these Kemper clips, I'm going to start GASing. Nice clips!

That first one might be the only Kemper clip I have heard that I could not immediately tell that it was a modeller. Sounds great.

Incredible chops too... there are some incredible players on this forum yowza.

So how does it model a cab separate from the amp?

Don´t exactly understand what you mean, but this amp was profiled originally with different cab. And this cab which is used in this clip is selected from Kemper´s profile....

cheers

Holy crap that sounded great!! Sam you got some serious playin' mojo going on in those clips bro. Please make more.

That Tyler clip was great :D

Great tone and playing (as always)

Has he posted the profile To the rig exchange? If not have em do it peas ;-)

Wow....sounds as good as your "regular" recordings. Which is saying quite a lot....

This is bad for my bank account...

how does it "feel"?

We all know how digital modelers are in that they lack the feel of a real amp/tubes.

Being able to model a given amp yourself sure is a cool idea rather than relying on someone else to model what they think is a great tone, for sure. Does the Kemper "feel" good or does it still feel like a digital modeler amp? i'm skeptical on this aspect... but it does sound good.

I use a Podx3 live out on the road and it fools the listener pretty good ( hell i think my guitar port sounds pretty good) but man it doesn't feel act or respond anything like a real amp.

p.s have you tried to model any vh1, like "I'm the one"?

You said the clips were done using an orange cab profile.

Whelp, that's the best modeled marshall I've ever heard. Are there axe-fx II clips out that would be similarly as good?

The kemper somehow tries to separate the amp and cab allowing you to pair an amp with another profiled cab. Not exactly sure how it does it and I havnt tried it yet but I have read where others felt it didn't always work best because there is some of the original cab sound there. Who knows will have to try it myself.

It´s *feel* like a real, I played that amp before, different cab and guitar though, but it´s *feels* very good and real deal

I did not do any VH ;)
