A federal judge in Tennessee tossed out the indictment charging Kilmar Abrego Garcia with human smuggling, ruling the prosecution was vindictive. The ruling called the DOJ's suit a "abuse of prosecuting power."

A judge just confirmed what we have known all along: Trump weaponized the Justice Department to go after Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

The regime tried defying the Supreme Court to keep him in a Salvadoran torture prison, but Kilmar is back home in Maryland — where he belongs
