This is a pretty simple set of riffs inspired by the Jon Holmes track that was shared recently, but a fabulous guitar.

I'm tuned down but the strings still have good tension. I ran the amp into an Engl E530 hooked up to a VHT 2902.

The 2902 is fast becoming one of my favourite power amps, it just takes any of my preamps and makes them super tight and defined.

The bass was an Ibanez SR5000 run direct with a parallel track loaded with Parallax. I think I prefer the sound of my Microtubes 900 though, and might stick to using that for future recordings.
