His wah was great! I used it in many of my old demos. Kevin had a great ear for tone, but he was quirky. He should have been more organized.

That was great Carl, Swirly bubbly Seasick thick and a cool version of Little wing to boot..

Thanks! I gotta make NEW demos. Break out the Boss recorder soon

The Vintage Modern can be had so cheap on the used market everyone that loves classic rock should own one. Nice demo.

Great Vive pedal. I just bought an Effectrode Tuesday.

Man, going thru my old demos, that amp handled everything I threw at it, ODs, fuzzes, etc and sounded great. Should have hung on to it

The Effectrode was a great Vibe. Any time I recorded with it it sounded awesome.

what is your favorite vibe these days, that is actually available on the market?

I got the Castledine Supra-Vibe built by Stu Castledine in England. It was a 3 month wait but worth it. This one has a "Cancel" option, which the original Univibe had. In other words, with the old Univibes even when the footswitch was heel down (cancel) the guitar signal was still going thru the unit and the tone was a little different....or you can use it in True Bypass mode as well.

Jesus you're going to kill me here!!!! How much?

The Castledine? Was over $300. Forgot the exact amount. Cool guy though. You email him, get on a list. A few months later he lets you know it's about to be finished and that's when you pay.

i'll have to listen to the clips when i get home-
i'm in a cabin in northern montana with very limited internet access.
aloha!

Sweet Carl! I have an Aquavibe and I had the KR. I like the Aquvibe every bit as much as the KR and Dave is great with customer service. I know you had the Aquavibe as well, did you like it?

Over $300 is a great price for a great vibe! I thought you were going going $500 +

The Aquavibe is great. I had one of Dave's earliest Vibes, I think it was called the Pro Vibe. Huge box

Sounds excellent and cool playing! a great vibe is about the only effect I don't have at the moment. Tried a few that I liked now (Mojo, Fulltones, etc)

I recently sold my Microvibe because surprisingly the vibe in my POD HD worked out for me much better. More vintage, expressive and a deeper pulse and "throb", plus I can control the speed and/or intensity with the exp pedal.
