This amp absolutely rips. Modern and very articulate yet forgiving. A fantastic balance of power and clarity.

This is my first experience with KSR and I honestly am pretty damn impressed. This amp will make it into my live rig for my hardcore band without a doubt.

I actually am stopping by the KSR facility tomorrow and Kyle will be giving me a tour. I'll probably turn it into a short interview/factory tour video, so I'm super excited about the opportunity for that

Tell Kyle Rhodes you know about his chimpanzee foot fetish porn collection and give him the "secret handshake" to get $5 off your next custom amp.

(Shhhhh.... everybody be quiet! Lets see if he does it!)

I like this one a lot. ...I am thinking about an Ares down the line. I want a smaller, powerful head that can do hard rock to metal. I'm coming from the Friedman camp, so pretty saturated, bouncy, and good feel.

How would you rate the KSR's compared to a Friedman or Splawn in feel and saturation?

I loved my Ares when I had it. Need to score another at some point

That smile around 0:43, pretty cool when an amp gives you that feeling.

Sounded great! Miss my Gemini. Been a bunch of KSR talk lately, been giving me gas.

Nice sounds great not surprised ! My pa50 just landed. Pics and clips soon, it's incredible!

Oh man. 3 Different animals in my opinion. You're familiar with both Splawn and Friedman. The KSR is it's own thing. I don't think it leans too heavily towards being something else we all know and love. It's saturated, yet not overly so. Tight but not really stiff. It's an easy to play amp, so I guess more akin to a Friedman in feel but a bigger, deeper low end response that remains tight.

That’s great to hear man. Sounds like I would dig the KSR stuff. Thx for replying!

This sounds killer. I was toying with the idea of ordering an Artemis awhile back but there's not much out there about them compared to the other KSR amps. If the Artemis sounds anything like that Orthos, I might have to put it back on my radar.

Btw, finally got my rack 100w Badlander yesterday. Your video on the 50w was the final straw in making me pull the trigger, so thanks for what you're doing here Kyle.

I owned the Artemis and Gemini, it’s basically the exact same amp as the Gemini as far as sounds and modes goes. I never owned an orthos but I did own an ares which I believe is more similar to the orthos and I liked the more stripped down ares
