Guitar playing has been mostly a spectator sport for me the last few years.

That does seem to be the case. I THOUGHT I was getting the urge to play again and even bought a Charvel... played a bit for a couple weeks, did a clip for Henning then nada for weeks. I recently played for about 30 minutes in two sittings then participated in the recent jam on this forum and haven't played again. Lame, eh?

As far as the shrink, I'm sure the shrink would fire me. Too much work.

Yeah, I've known him since he was 16 and taking guitar lessons from me. And then years later he became one of the teachers at my store.

Ask him about the time he was 16 and he left his custom shop ESP (his brother works there) in the case sitting in the front parking lot of my store and drove home. When he got home 20 minutes later, he called the store in a panic, "I left my guitar in the parking lot!!!!!". So I go out there to check and as I am walking out there, this guy is walking up to the front door with his case saying, "hey, someone left this in the parking lot. Can I have it?" I immediately grabbed the guitar from him and told Hoyt that somehow his guitar was still there. Those who don't know, my store is on the busiest street in Orange County. It is four lanes in each direction and that guitar case sat right in the front for 20 minutes in broad daylight. How someone did not speed off with that guitar boggles my mind to this day.

thanks... Im going to set up a half stack dry, line out into a TC, into a volume pedal so you can bing in the effects and then off when someone wants to hear it dry. Probably set up my latest one like that. its a single channel amp..just the basics but whith a line out. LC 100. its the lead channel of my AKA 100.

was the dude actually starting to walk away an then realized you were coming out at him? I used to live in those Olive Tree apts right there at cerritos and magnolia by the old bird farm ..not a nice neighborhood.
