In 1986, Mark Kelly took highest honors in a marine engineering and nautical science BSc from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. In 1994, he received a MSc in aeronautical engineering from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.

Oh he’s had a lot of accomplishments in the past, but somewhere after that he became a hyper partisan moron who will say anything under the sun, true or not, to try to effect an outcome and will always bring up the fact that he achieved those things to give himself credibility when he has given up that credibility for perceived political gain a hundred times over.
One would think that with his background the very last thing he would be is a democrat and support a party who loves commies and march in the streets for terrorists but hey, everyone has to make their own choices
