Let's clean up Rig Talk

In order to clean RT up we will need to rid this place of a cancer (s) that has spread like wildfire.

I run the place with a very lenient hand as I understand I have a bunch of free thinkers here. If you guys want TGP type moderation we can do it but people will get upset....like allot.

I understand that completely, and it has worked well here at RT for years now. But, I personally think it's time to clean house around here. Likely, things would go back to normal and we would "moderate" ourselves once again like it's always been.

I'd personally like to see:

1. Billy Blades thread deleted. It is a worthless thread that continues to get bumped to the top, for weeks now.

2. Ban Charveldan. He does nothing but annoy many of the members here and contributes nothing but useless posts. (this thread is a perfect example). Sorry Dan, but I think a lot of guys feel the same way, and would prefer you to not post here, again sorry.

There are about 6 asshats/trolls that need to be banned imo. Most of them already posted in this thread...along with the ones that have been previously banned, that are back. I really like this forum, getting rid of a few idiots would be a new start.


The no moderator thing only goes so far. If BK is the only one I don't see why he can't make a couple more.
