No worries...a few years ago my mancave was in my living room. I liked to get out of bed and walk out of my bedroom and see all my stuff.
Women didn't like my place.

Sucks to not have space for stuff, have to be able to use it when needed. Having to dig something out will make me say forget it.
I like the instant access I have right now to everything. These Ikea shelves are great for holding amps.
I'm getting an old Marshall head and a beat up greenback 4x12 cab and I'm dinner....well except for recording gear like mics and preamps.

Nice stuff guys! I'm ALMOST done with my Mancave... it's more of a den hangout room, but it has an amp, a flatscreen TV, a leather couch, and a fridge full of beer, so that qualifies, right?

Bob, I noticed a fire extinguisher in what looked like a closet. Get yourself a halatron extinguisher. The multi purpose you have will wipe out all of your electronics. The halatron doesn't hurt the electronics. I used to be the fire suppression specialist for my Sheriff's Department and had ordered some for our dispatch area and computer room where we have our main frame.

A band rehearsal room...that's a serious man cave.

I really like that now I can have musicians (drums, bass, guitar, keys, etc...) over to jam and write and they can basically show up empty handed.

Yeah it works out well... it's a studio apartment in my backyard and the rehearsal space for both of my bands. Kinda plug 'n play for both.
