I mean, it's insanely good!
Freaking Robert Fripp and Adrian Belew are absolute beasts on guitar. Listen to Discipline or Frame by Frame. Even Steve Vai said Frame By Frame was too hard for him to pick Fripp's part cleanly so he modified it.
Add in Buford and Levin and it's just too good. Not to mention some incredible songwriting here by Belew. I'm a fan of his vocals but I understand they aren't for everyone.
What do you say?

I only listened to 70's Crimson, court of the crimson king and all that. It's kinda cool but Fripp comes off as kind of pretentious and let's be real, we'd rather hear some stripped down rock n roll. Don't even try and deny it. :poke:

Why can't it be both? I love AC/DC and also KC, Yes, Genesis, Camel...

I've seen Yes live. Steve Howe blew up his amp, the keyboard player is more flamboyant than any artist I've seen before or since, and it quickly lost it's luster once roundabout was over. Lemme get the Bonnie Scott.

I like the looping offset guitar lick in frame by frame. But this blew my mind the first time I heard it, second time as well:

Reminds me of Mussorgsky in a way.

A lot of people don't realize that King Crimson is KC from KC and the Sunshine Band.
