Lets talk inside out the Wizard Hybrid KT150

I recently has gotten a deal on a well used Wizard KT150... the seller was super nice and we worked out shipping and etc...

Have not gotten mine yet as its still on the way down south to asia singapore...

Am just curious on when did the whole Hybrid amp by Wizard started?

Have read some mentioned MTL Mk2 / MC2 Hybrid and some mentioned MTL/MC2 Hybrid... any of the case nontheless i see it all has a sweep knob which is a feature on for the MTL mk2...

So question is do all Hybrid comes with the preamp of the MTL Mk2 or it has the earlier MTL preamp dispite of the sweep knob ?

And besides it any idea on how Rick bias the KT88s on his KT150 amps? Its cold bias or slightly hotter ?

The sweep was added with the mk2, so a Hybrid without a sweep is a mk 1 MTL preamp.
