I just can't get over the tone of Arcane pickups. I just installed this one in my Nash tele - it is a one off Rob made with Alnico 8 magnets at 9.5k the "Savage". Just amazing and articulate!

I just picked up a Luxxtone loaded with their custom Arcane set, and I'm blown away by the pickups.

How did you order the pickup ? They seem to be unresponsive to emails

He had it advertised on Instagram and I emailed him and bought it. That was few months back.

AGREED.
I emailed Rob last Tuesday night to get his Brownbucker. I called the morning after I emailed and he picked the phone up right away and happened to be reading my email at the same time. He was in the humbucker manufacturing mode and said he would be able to get to pickup out the same week which I found amazing.
Needless to say, boom: shipped it Friday and received it this week exactly as I requested, packaged in a classy way. I emailed him this morning about a wiring color code question and he responded back within an hour.
