Lil' Fokker extremely noisy -solved-

I recently picked up a lil Fokker used, I'm the second owner. It has a lot of hiss and background noise. I switched some preamp tubes around and it really didnt do anything. My vh4 and especially my Einstein are super quiet, no hiss or white noise at all. Any ideas what the problem is?

Remove V1 and see if the noise disappears.

Thanks Peter,

That was actually the first tube I switched out, but unfortunately with another bad tube. After seeing your post I got a couple more tubes with a good one in that position now. The amp is super quiet now, no noise.
