Just the DT50 by itself. No boost. Just guitar into amp.

I always enjoy your videos!! Well done as usual!!

BTW, What do you use to make your videos? They are killer!

I guess multiple camera's and software? I am a newb with this stuff which is why I'm asking!!

All the best!

I just recently got a new iMac and got Final Cut Pro and use a Sony CX-110 Camera.

But for 95% of my videos I was using a cheap version of Sony Vegas and an ancient PC with a $50 Flip camera

Thanks for watching man! Really appreciate it!

Thanks Hoff!!

Loved Knight Rider! I watched it every week as a kid!

From all your vids I am really starting to dig that white single cut.

Sounds fantastic as always, your vids aloways bring the goods

That does sound pretty damn cool. Has a very cool metallic kind of grind. Have you tried it through your Mesa cab?

I really like the mid gain sound in the middle, Sounds very good man, as usual!! another master on the board....

Another cool vid!

I really like my DT50 head through my Orange 4x12. With a HD500 POD and a couple of tube pedals it's a monster rig. Extremely flexible and surprisingly brutal. It can also handle any volume I need to play at without sounding like crap.

Now I've been assimilated into the L6 fold I now find I have a strong need for a JTV variax.

Try the JCM 800 pre with topology IV and an external drive (or the Tube Drive) for a kind of Jose Marshall tone. It can really roar with the tubes cookin!

Actually just the other day I tried the DT50 into my newly aquired Mesa 2x12.....And it's unbelievably good sounding.

I am going to wait on that video though. I think everyone is getting sick of all the Line 6 stuff.

Nah man, good stuff is good stuff. I mean I listen to all your stuff, its good!

Thanks dude!

I think I will wait until my new Multi-Watt Recto arrives to do another video. Then more Line 6 stuff haha

Looking forward to your Recto vid but more L6 too as they have really stepped up their game in the past year. Their new gear really sounds great and you get a huge amount of bang for your buck.

L6 have come along way. I enjoy the Pro Hd rack unit, as they put a direct line out that doesn't change or affect the tone of my Mk III and then I run the Pro into a power amp for wet. I want to pick up a DT50 or DT25 head later on. I have been into the DT and pro hd stuff since it came out…. and has Bogners name on it :D

It also helps that your playing and recording is awesome, even if it isn't my style of music. Still like checking out your vids. L6 should pay you for demos and put you on there page.

Is there any advantage to using a DT50 head with a Pod HD500 / HD Pro over say a stereo tube power amp?

The DT has 4 voicing and just adds to the possibilities. You can use the amp models in the Pro Hd and or Dt 50 and control the DT 50 settings through the PRO Hd. Takes the 2 channel amp and turns it into 256 channels with out touching the amp. Has the L6 Link and can connect up to 4 amps for w/w, w/d, w/d/w or w/d/d/w or any combination.
