Ah ok. I thought it would turn to vapor allmost imediately. I work with refrigerants and they all turn to vapor allmost instantly. Yes, its evaporating like crazy when open. That bowl of liquid nitrogen, on its own, would probably take about 25 minutes to evaporate. The bigger danger, when jumping into the pool, would be coming up for air, and getting nothing but N2. Suffocation is a far bigger threat than freezing in that scenario.
