So I'm still a bit undecided. Can a Quliter 101 get enough volume to move air in a 2x12 OS and thump close enough? Also, what would be the best distortion pedal to come close to my Splawn or modded Marshall?

...I think after you purchase a Quilter 200 and a BE-OD or EVH 5153 pedal, you're almost on part with just getting 5153 50 watt.

The 102 on the Lead setting is 30" watts and loud as balls. Buy one from a retailer that takes returns. Get that and a used AMT PT-Drive and be done with it.
