Live VS Studio Difference is sound quality?

Can anyone tell me... I know the Studio has more flexibility and features, but for a simple mono setup, is the sound quality identical between the Live and the Studio?
I have a Live unit, but might upgrade if the Studio was sonically better.

We use the best parts and the whole electronic design is different on the Studio.

Not everybody could hear it, I guess, but to me and to anyone with a little ear training, the Studio IS the best.
