There are some clips out on You Tube. You really cannot tell the sound of pickups from clips unless different pickups are A/B in the same guitar using the same amp/settings. There is plenty of info here on RT. Just search the Rig Talk Forum.

The Afwayu is just gigantic sounding, mean, with huge low mids and low end. It's around 16k, A5 magnet and just sounds like a wall of sound. It's pretty dark, so it doesn't work well in dark guitars. But it shines in brighter guitars for big low end with a nice dry attack and surprisingly less compressed than you would think.
How does the Afwayu compare to older Gibson Bill Lawrence HBL pickups or Suhr Aldrich (which I have now).
I used the HBL and HBR in a Les Paul and SG years ago. Nice and creamy which I loved. I also had a MS Torque that I loved. If the Afwayu has some sweetness or creaminess to it as well, found me me in.

I use d to love the open coil Rio BBQ bridge.

The Suhr Aldrich to me was like a warmer darker JB with the EQ shifter to thr low end, less upper mids than the JB.

For grins you need to try an unpotted PAF thats around 8.5 k your choice,if you never have you dont know what you been missing

No love for the DD or Black Dog eh?
I used a Duncan Distortion for years and loved it but is a very compressed, tight, tone in my opinion (more Def Leppard Hysteria tones, less raw, Aerosmith tones and feel). Definitely not like the Aldrich, which I also had. Great pickup!

+1 for Duncan Distortion.

I've had a Duncan Distortion for years. One of my all time fav pickup. Definitely has a tight low-end and clarity. Cut through no problem either.
