I mean if they are of equal tier power wise IMO aside from the gravitas.......Vader.

Vader wins because he has more experience in battle and is a military strategist...... As Anakin Skywalker he also has experience dealing with magic against the Night Sisters of Dathomir...... I think he can also probably block Voldemort from reading his mind and block his magic with the force.
Matched in power Vader would win in the long run given his experience against magic and superior strategy IMO......

I would also argue that Darth Vader has more actual combat experience dealing with formidable opponents throughout his life like Obi Wan, Emperor Palpatine, Count Dooku, Mace Windu, other Jedi, entire armies of Clones, Rebels, Droids, Night Sisters that use magic etc etc......
Lord Voldemort really only faced off against children, defenseless muggles, Dumbledore in a weakend state or where he allowed himself to be killed and just no one on the power level relative to what Darth Vader has faced..... Harry Potter for example wasn't even that strong of a Wizard and only beat Lord Voldemort in a Deux Ex Machina fashion.....
I also think Darth Vader has a more disciplined mind and stronger will and in that sense he could overcome Voldemorts mind tricks easily and probably take him on a ride with a Jedi Mind Trick too or the way the Sith do reading the mind in general and messing with an opponents inner thoughts.

Voldemort is pretty cool don't get me wrong but yeah he's from the Harry Potter universe but I believe Darth Vader would mop the floor with him.
I don't think Vader would even give him a chance to use the wand for example and just break it like a twig with the force and then force choke his ass or just do him in with the lightsaber or his bare hands.
