Loss of volume help please!

My Fireball 100 over the last few days has kind of gradually lost volume, maybe 30% or so, but noticeable... It also has gotten thinner sounding and fizzier almost..... Would that be preamp tube?? The power tube indicator light on the amp has not lit up... Tubes are about 6 months old but with not a whole lot of hours...

Probably simple, like a pre tube. They can all be lighting up per usual, and one could be going bad. Try one preamp tube at a time switching each out for one you know is good, if you have another amp that runs normally or a supply of known good tubes. That way you'll find the culprit.

Also, try different speakers. Might have blown one in your cab.

Yeah, 99% of tube amp issues are the preamp tubes =)
