You guys ever think about the ones that got away ? Deleting some old emails , found some missed ones , a morin modded jcm 800 for 900.. and a Cameron ocean modded jmp for 2k out the door. ?‍

About 5 years ago on April first, I was checking Craigslist and saw a 1962 Precision Fender bass for $1,800.00 and immediately thought, ha-ha, funny April Fool's Day ad. But, after thinking about it, I had to call and yes, it sold five minutes earlier!

I've had others, but that one I remember well.

Right gear prices are insane ! I remember going on cl and you could find 3-4 jcm 800s for under 1k no problem . On reverb I’ve seen them
Selling 3k+ Nowadays . Saw a 2c+ for 12k ?

That was my main amp for 12+ years and I still miss it

Ya fr . Good thing is a want a 2c+ and watch these listings and they never sell at that price . We got to get past there bad phase in amp prices .I’ve seen wild stuff lately

I always regretted selling the VHT D60 I had years ago. Was happy to score another recently along with matching D412. They are such amazing amps IMHO.

I almost had a Mesa studio preamp for $300 about 2 years ago. The guy was using it for a lap steel. I talked myself out of it for some reason. Another one was a mesa mark III for $600 that was in great shape. It was listed for weeks and I made the decision to buy it 3 days before I got paid by that time it was sold.

I'm pretty satisfied with my current gear but I still need to put together a in case of deal gear fund.

Really the only thing I'm really wanting right now is a Peavey 6505 or 5150. Although if I found a VTM for a reasonable price I would snag it up.
