I couldn't make it down there that night, but I txt'd him and he told me it went good. Would like to see a video or at least pictures of the show :)

I was there and James did a great job. We ran some video on it but got busted by security who made us delete it. Then we ran some more video in a stealth fashion. I will post it up later today.

It's the one day rehearsal gig, a little rough but fun night.

If that clip is any indication of how it went you should be very proud. That's quite a range you have. It's my one and only musical regret that I can't sing high at all. Especially that song, Damn! Very cool.

hey James, were you comfortable in that range? or at the end of the gig your throat was a bit tired?

No I was fine and actually sang the next morning and sounded fine. Though that is an incredibly hard tune to sing, if I was to do it consistently for a month or so it probably be easier. Got rehearsal in the morning and another show Thursday and some radio interview stuff...

p.s. Nice meeting you man.

great.

Nice meeting you too man, that studio has mojo, I loved it. I told you that I'll be sending you my debut album once it's ready for you guys to master it for me.

And maybe ask you to help me book a short "acoustic bar tour" around L.A. once I start doing promo for the album, maybe you know the right people. :)

btw, you need to make a new video demoing the Reeves :D

Dude we just tracked a 5 song ep just using the Reeves Jimmy and Custom 78. Un'fukkin' believable. That rock-n-roll man. Perfect tones.

sounded good man! How much time did you have to memorize lyrics - that couldn't have been easy!

Seriously epic man. So impressed. My range couldn't even begin to reach that song.

Nice work James! That song is very difficult to sing man, you sounded great!
