Luxxtone El Machete on the way! compare to charvel custom?

I bought suhrimmetal's el machete!!! the guy was super cool and helped me out. great guy, cant say enough about him!! the guitar is super cool and I cant wait to play it. I love custom shop charvels and the el machete is supposedly as good if not better. anyone played both and have any feedback? I am just curious. I have only heard really good things about Luxxtones. Who has an El Machete?

My impression from talking with other owners is that they're worth the cost/wait and would certainly be on par with a custom shop Charvel. I was going ESP custom shop before deciding on Luxxtone. I'll post first hand thoughts in a few weeks when mine arrives.

I have not played any of the Custom Shop Charvels; only the US and MIJ production models. I have a El Machete 22 that I bought new and I think it is an awesome guitar and worth the money even new. You will be pleased with it!!

My Luxxtone is one of if not THE best playing guitar I have ever owned or had in my hands.
I would love another one but I have too many guitars as it is at the moment.

The finish on the neck is awesome too. You'll see.

Yes, the finish on the necks are great. I have played a few Luxxtone's and they all played and sounded great. I am glad I finally got a chance to purchase one of these and would buy more, if i could.

I have two El Machete's and can't say enough good things about them...

I prefer them to just about any-other super strat. You are going to love it!

I have a Charvel customshop and a Luxxtone. They are both killer guitars and play great. You wont go wrong either way.

Congrats! I hope you get it soon, and in pristine state...

Not into the "used" look – rather do that myself by playing it – but those with the copper or graphite finish look great. Do they have 24-fret models?
