I just think the reason someone would want, or NEED and abortion is multi faceted, and any party pushing for a blanket ban on them is not going to do well in nation wide polls

@Aynirar27 To a degree. If a women constantly gets pregnant and has abortions shouldn't that be addressed somehow.

In 2023 is there really an excuse to get pregnant by mistake? Morning after pill?

It's a slippery slope for all but as I say, 2 people must be involved no matter what decision is made.

I'd certainly rather no killing but it can't become a free for all because people don't bother to be responsible and abuse Gov welfare to have the abortion is pushing the friendship.

I BELIEVE women need to step up to the plate and be managing the entire banging process. If they want the decision, they should take responsibility more so....................right from the get go.

I'll be looking over my shoulder now all day every day as the female lynching party are gonna be constantly after me.:no:

I'm sure there are some women out there that have gotten multiple abortions, but I'm confident the overwhelming majority of women who have gotten them were not happy about it and it is generally not a decision that is made lightly. Full disclosure, I knocked up my wife VERY early on in to us dating. She was already pregnant before I even met her parents for the first time (that was fun). So it was definitely something we thought about, but we were both adults, we liked each other and we decided to go for it because "we just don't want a baby right now" wasn't a good enough reason for us to go through with such a procedure. 7 years later we now have two kids a beautiful family and a nice home in the Berkshires.

But there are plenty of "legitimate" for lack of a better term, reasons to have an abortion if it is necessary for the safety or well being of the mother.

Ironically I am not for banning them. I actually think it would be cheaper to pay for abortions than to pay for 18 years of welfare and then however long after in the penal system. :eek:

I'm not down with any abortion after 6 or 8 weeks though.
