Frank is awseome . was just listening to his Real Live cd today ? if there was one tour I was looking forward to last year it was his

My first concert was Ted Nugent and there was also this new band named Foreigner. But the opener was Frank who I'd never heard of. I became a huge fan for next few years (things/tastes change fast when you're 11-12 years old). Saw him several other times. He got a cool tone and it was all SS. I always loved the solo he does in the 'Stormy Monday/Back Door Man' progression in that King Bee song above.

He channels Hendrix pretty well, amazing and great. What an ending and solo!

He's getting a great chewy tone. Sounds like he runs a pitch shifter fulltime like a Roto or a Chorus.. What is it?

I first heard the Juggernaut album in HS and was blown away - Ditch Queen is epic. Then I did a deep dive on Frank’s playing during my Zakk Wylde phase. I still can’t cop his stuff with the same energy, he was way ahead of the pack at that time.

Similar situation for me. Think the headliner might have been Aerosmith.
Frank blew everyone away!

Same here. First real concert was Triumph at Cobo Hall in Detroit on the Allied Forces tour. Opening band - Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush.

My fave Frank solo here and one of my fave songs from him . Solo starts a 5:55 , he goes back to the chorus after a few minutes then dives back into the solo . Tons of feel , emotion and flash . Real Live is a highly recomended album

So good, so good :)
I wore out that Mahogany Rush live album back in the day.
I actually saw him open for Nugent at the old Boston Garden and I'm amazed Ted even came out and played.
